I have so many issues with this video. 
I have no time to write a lot more on this since I'm in bunk, but it all boils down to this:  You're blaming your poor relationship with your child on your helper's lack of off days?!  Seriously!? They're independent events yo. #Astarstudent #mathgenius
The organization is kinda warped for encouraging employers to give off days by exploiting the poor understanding busy parents have of their child. And so if you are a good parent and can answer those dumb questions that the video set as a benchmark, are you gonna continue working your helper to her death?  Having off days is a helper's basic right. Whether or not a parent understand her child well, and whether or not a helper understand her employer's child better than the employer does, should not and must not determine the accessibility of off days for a helper.  #AforGP #sotrue
